In this piece I used one of my close friends as my test subject. 

She chose the card that states "how do you feel". She went on to tell me a very personal story which I did not want to explicitly include. That is the reasoning for the repetitive use of the word "this". She kept saying she wanted to get past "this" point of her life and that she never wanted to be "this" way again. Due to that I felt it was very important to create an emphasis on that word.
